Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dynasty Ledger (the "Service", "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Dynasty Ledger (available at nfldynastyledger.com) is a web application that helps managers of dynasty and keeper fantasy football leagues analyze their rosters, evaluate trades, and make keep-vs-draft decisions. The Service imports league data from Sleeper (via the Sleeper API) and combines it with player valuation data to generate rankings, a draft board, a trade calculator, and keeper recommendations.

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not guarantee any particular fantasy football outcome, and all decisions you make using the Service are your own responsibility.

2. Not Affiliated with Sleeper or the NFL

Dynasty Ledger is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the National Football League (NFL), the NFL Players Association, or any NFL team. We use the Sleeper public API to read league data that you authorize us to access via your Sleeper username. All Sleeper trademarks and NFL-related names, logos, and player data belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account, either using your email address (via a magic link) or by signing in with your Google account. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy — we do not receive your Google password or access to other Google services.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information (including a valid email address)
• Maintaining the security of your account and any credentials associated with it
• All activity that occurs under your account

You may link your account to a Sleeper account by providing your Sleeper username or user ID. We only read publicly available league data through the Sleeper API — we do not access your Sleeper login credentials, and we cannot take any action on your behalf within Sleeper.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

The Service offers two tiers:

• Free — available publicly, without an account: market value rankings, the draft board, and the basic trade calculator (based on general market values).
• Premium — requires an account and payment: league import, the Keep vs. Draft engine, and the trade calculator adjusted to your league's actual settings and roster.

The features included in each tier are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we will provide reasonable notice before removing a feature from a tier you have already paid for.

5.2 Billing Through Paddle

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase Premium, you are entering into a purchase transaction with Paddle, not directly with us. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and payment-related customer service. Paddle's own terms of use (available at paddle.com) govern the purchase transaction itself. We do not receive or store your full payment card details at any time.

5.3 Season Pass and Monthly Plan

Premium is available in two subscription forms, both of which renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date:

• Season Pass — billed annually, renewing each year around the start of the NFL drafting season (as defined on our pricing page).
• Monthly Plan — billed monthly.

You can cancel either plan at any time through your account settings or the Paddle-hosted customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Premium access until then.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. Generally, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are honored at our discretion. Contact us at support@nfldynastyledger.com or Paddle's support team to request a refund.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before any change applies to your next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (scraping, bots) to extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use
• Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute data or content from the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, valuation models, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Player statistics and underlying league data remain the property of their respective sources (Sleeper, nflverse, the NFL, and other data providers).

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PLAYER VALUATION, RANKING, OR RECOMMENDATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR LEAD TO ANY PARTICULAR FANTASY FOOTBALL RESULT. YOU USE ANY RECOMMENDATION AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE OUTCOME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
